How can I apply for a return?
Please scan the QR code on the packing slip inside the package. Please enter the information required to begin the return process.

What is your refund policy?
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot process online return requests through our in-store system.

I lost the packing slip. How do I return the goods?
You can check your order information in your shipping confirmation email, and then go  to apply for a return.

Can I return this order to the Dr. Martens store?
We’re sorry, no, we cannot process online return requests in our store. Please use our simplified online return process to receive your refund. 

I need to return my Docs, but I didn’t purchase them directly from you. What should I do?
If your Docs were purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly and provide proof of purchase. Your Docs should be protected by the retailer’s return/care policy, and they will be able to assist you if they can process a refund or replace your product. 

I have returned part of my order, but I haven’t received a refund for the shipping fee?
We’re sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
